Elifas Garcia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on BuildPro 360 paid plans. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & Plans. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial, and you are not charged if you cancel during the trial.

Refunds are also handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
